Day 1 :
Arrival in Bergen - Gateway to the Fjords
Arrive in Bergen, Norway's charming coastal city and gateway to the fjords. Check into your hotel and explore the UNESCO World Heritage Bryggen wharf with its colorful wooden buildings dating back to the Hanseatic League. Take the funicular railway to Mount Fløyen for panoramic views over the city and surrounding islands. Enjoy a welcome dinner featuring fresh Norwegian seafood and local specialties while getting acquainted with your fellow travelers.
Day 2 :
Bergen to Flåm - Scenic Mountain Journey
Depart Bergen for a scenic drive through the Hardangervidda mountain plateau, Europe's largest high mountain plateau. Stop at dramatic waterfalls and pristine mountain lakes along the way. Arrive in the picturesque village of Flåm, nestled at the head of Aurlandsfjord. Check into your accommodation and explore the village. Optional evening hike to nearby viewpoints for sunset photography. Experience the tranquility of fjord life in this charming Norwegian community.
Day 3 :
Flåm Railway & Nærøyfjord Cruise
Experience the world-famous Flåm Railway, descending 863 meters through spectacular mountain scenery, past roaring waterfalls and steep mountainsides. The 20-kilometer journey features 20 tunnels and gradients as steep as 1:18. Continue with a UNESCO World Heritage fjord cruise through Nærøyfjord, one of the world's narrowest fjords, surrounded by towering mountains up to 1,800 meters high. Marvel at cascading waterfalls and pristine wilderness. Return to Flåm for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 :
Geirangerfjord - The Crown Jewel
Travel to Geiranger via the spectacular Trollstigen (Troll's Path) with its eleven hairpin bends and breathtaking mountain views. Stop at viewpoints including Dalsnibba for panoramic vistas. Arrive in Geiranger and embark on a fjord cruise to witness the famous Seven Sisters waterfall and Bridal Veil falls. The dramatic scenery of this UNESCO World Heritage site is considered among the most beautiful in the world. Evening at leisure in Geiranger village.
Day 5 :
Hiking Adventure - Mountain Peaks & Valleys
Full day hiking adventure in the Geiranger region. Choose from several hiking options based on fitness level, including trails to Dalsnibba viewpoint, Skageflå mountain farm, or easier walks through the valley. Experience pristine mountain wilderness, alpine meadows filled with wildflowers, and spectacular views over the fjords. Pack lunch included. Learn about local flora and fauna from your expert guide. Day 6 :
Journey to Stavanger - Coastal Beauty
Travel south along Norway's stunning coastline toward Stavanger, passing through dramatic landscapes and charming coastal towns. Stop for lunch in historic Haugesund and explore its maritime heritage. Arrive in Stavanger, Norway's oil capital and a charming city with well-preserved wooden architecture. Check into your hotel and explore the old town (Gamle Stavanger) with its white wooden houses and cobblestone streets. Dinner at a local restaurant featuring regional specialties.
Day 7 :
Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) - Iconic Cliff Hike
Early morning departure for the hike to Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock), one of Norway's most famous natural attractions. The 8-kilometer round-trip hike takes you to the spectacular 604-meter cliff plateau overlooking Lysefjord. Stand on the flat-topped cliff for incredible photo opportunities and panoramic views. The hike typically takes 4-6 hours including time at the summit. Return to Stavanger for a celebratory farewell dinner, sharing memories of your Norwegian adventure.
Day 8 :
Departure from Stavanger
Final morning in Stavanger with time for last-minute shopping or exploring the city's museums and galleries. Visit the Norwegian Petroleum Museum or take a stroll through the city center. Transfer to Stavanger Airport for departure flights or extend your stay to explore more of Norway independently. Farewell to your fellow travelers and guides, taking with you unforgettable memories of Norway's spectacular fjords and peaks.
